If we choose beliefs that see a world filled with love, our body will respond with vibrant health.
If we choose to believe in a dark world of fear, our body’s health will be compromised by physiologically closing down, thus causing the body/mind to be more susceptible to dis – ease.
In the words of Mahatma Gandhi:

Your values become your destiny
THOUGHTS
- Be aware of those hidden habits of negative thinking coming from deep within the sub-conscious memory bank. These beliefs are not governed by reason or thinking, and often start as ‘perceptions of others’ planted indirectly from news reports, teachers, friends, etc.
- If we accept the perceptions of others as ‘truths,’ their truth then becomes hard-wired in our brain and becomes our truth, and keeps reappearing many years later.
- Gather information from many different sources to gain a balanced perspective. Manage your beliefs which become your thoughts.
WORDS
- Respond with kindness rather than reacting on auto-pilot. ‘Manage’ what you say with careful thought.
ACTIONS
- Feng Shui, Qigong, Chanting, Mindful Meditation, and walks in nature are just some of the natural energy based healing practices I am recommending (in lieu of popping pills) to help clients relax and release these old energetic imprints, which are causing suffering from negative emotions; anxiety, anger, fear, hatred, and grief.
HABITS
- Transforming; hatred to love and happiness, fear to kindness, worry to equanimity, anger & frustration to courage, and grief to compassion through inner alchemy – does not happen overnight. Neuroscientists recommend repeating the implementation of a new habit at least 100 consecutive days for new beliefs/habits to take hold. You will feel the change in your body.

- When we are reminded of what we value most, such as harmony and peace within our families, communities and the whole world, it is easier to ‘focus’ on eliminating the negative fears and enhancing all the good… through tolerance, compassion, and kindness.
DESTINY
- Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful space to support and bring hope to whatever you have determined your life purpose to be.
