Say ‘yes’ in 2016 to paying attention to the energy nourishment of what goes into your home, into your refrigerator, and then into your body.
Say ‘no’ to any new yo yo diets, which will probably last only 30 days.
Clients sometimes think that good feng shui in the kitchen is about fancy granite counter tops and stainless steel refrigerators which marketers hawk as a necessity to be up-to-date.
All that is very nice. But, my first feng shui concern is how much ‘mindful nourishment’ the kitchen provides since it is the most important room in the home.
What is the energy of the objects in the refrigerator, the cabinets, and on top of the counter tops?
What you see is what you will eat ~ the minute you hit the kitchen.
Is it the energy of fresh food filled with vitality and nourishment, or the highly processed packages from the middle rows of the supermarket?
Food. What is the original meaning of food? The dictionary refers to it as the edible substance (usually of plant or animal origin), consisting of nourishment and nutritive components such as essential minerals and vitamins, healthy carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
When ingested and properly assimilated through digestion, they sustain life, generate energy, and provide growth, maintenance, and health of the body.
